If you're not totally retarded, you will realize the difference with being handicapped, and having a handicap. My brother is NOT handicapped, but has a handicap wich is not even noticeable unless you think about it.

Also, on the ignoring part. That never works, it's not like a person he meets just one time, this is a guy he will see every day for the upcoming 4 years. I myself could just ignore it and send my lil' bro to kick his ass, cause he can, no problems.
