More weapons(and game objects)

How about if there was more weapons, if weapons where spread around the map. For example, why isn't there a baseball bat in the baseball field?
And fire extinguishers at the gas stations? And how am I going to dig graves in the cemetery without a shavel?...etc.
These object could also be for sale at the stores.

And also, when people die, it would be good if we could pick their weapons.

And the firearms should be less expensive, since when does an ak47 costs 5000$, they are for sale on the internet for 1000$.

And ammunation shouldn't sell knifes nor weapons that don't fire, it called ammunation cause it sells weapons that use ammo. -.-'

It's already been discussed about weapons dropping when you die, it's been stated that it provokes DM. Also about ammunation with knifes and prices of ak-47's, don't compare everything to real life.. anyways the ak-47's even in single player aren't 1000 im sure the developers of GTA:SA had a reason.. As for weapon pickups, sure it could be scripted very easily to add a few objects around the map, maybe not such a bad idea, but would people use them or would it be a waste of time and waste of using up the limitations that come with spawning objects?

well one thing possibly is the reason that if you didn't buy a weapon through a cmd (scriptwise) then there would not be the option to /store and /load weapons.

But it was cool if there was a pricelist and still, melle weps should be at 24/7

By removing Yellow Markers mapwide (you must have all or none), you remove the "Cashier" and the marker from the Ammunation. Therefore making Weapon buying command based only.

yes, when you tipe /buyweapons a pwano menu appears, like when you choose cop skin.

But what about weapons spread around the map, not deagles or stuff, more like baseball bats, extinguishers shovels and so on.

i dont think there gonna be a ammunation in GTA4, i think you get weapons from a "Jacob"

Menus are difficult to work with, and for such a simple interface as buying guns is not necessary.

What would you like most: yellow markers all over businesses and save houses making less houses and businesses for sale (well, it would be possible to buy it/use it, but it wouldn't follow the normal Argonath 'style' of property), or no yellow markers making all of the houses and businesses for sale? You know, when you disable the ugly yellow markers, it also makes the normal Ammunation system disappear. But now, atleast you have the option to do whatever you want to with the Ammunations, with your own price options for weapons. Though, it is possible to have a checkpoint inside the Ammunation, and when you enter it, a menu appears with weapons to select. But suggest that to Gandalf, if he's interested to script that.
