[Windows 10] Cant start Samp!

Well, I upgraded to Windows 10, i played samp a little bit after that, but now i cant launch it at all. I tried to set the compatibility and set Run in Compatibility Mode for Windows 98/Windows ME + check the Run as Administrator checkbox, but then it wont open the samp client, it just opens straight to game trying to connect to :7777.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Try changing the name of the GTA San Andreas folder in Rockstar games, in your program files.

Try this or Move your GTA San Andreas folder to your desktop. Dont change compatibility. If that doesn't work rename your GTA San Andreas folder on your desktop too.

So i should remove the folder from the steam folder and place it on my desktop?

When I upgraded from Win8.1 to Win10, I have removed my complete GTA:SA and SA:MP folders, and reinstalled it from scratch. Worked like a charm.

Reinstall SA:MP, had this issue on my laptop and that fixed it.

Had the same problem and still do.

deleting gta_sa.set partially fixes the problem. I can't play change the resoulution or anti aliasing settings. I have to play at 800x640 and no anti aliasing.

Tried reinstalling GTA SA and SA:MP. Nothing.

I have tried to reinstall the game twice with no luck.
I re-downloaded it from steam and now i cant even install SAMP. Now i cant click "next" after choosing where to install the SAMP client.

for some wierd reason, the game works totally fine now  :uhm:
All i did was reinstall the game and install the samp client again, for the third time.
