Can't stay online

Not sure if this is the correct section,however I am experiencing some problems logging into the server(not only argo),whenever I try logging in I keep getting ''server didn't respond'' like 5 times then it works and I log in normally after a few seconds ''Server is restarting'' > ''Connected joining server''
Then.. screen frozes,I've re-installed SAMP 3 times,I've got no mods so if anyone would help me there I'd be thankful.

Basic question; do you have a stabile internet? (I myself get the restarting messages a few times and I have a shitty internet)

And did you try remove you gta_sa.set file in you documents?

WiFi works stable except with my PC.

Yes,I guess it is something related to the PC as whenever I try to download anythng as well it stops many times that I need to pause then resume so it continues the download.

Do you have a build in wifi-adapter, or are you using an external one, and is it a desktop or laptop?

Uh, by freeze you mean it stays on 'Attempting to join' or PC freeze? For Ex; when you see that message, are you able to type something to SA-MP chatbox? or gta_sa.exe(sa-mp) crashes/freezes completelly?

How long has it been since that problem first appeared? There are many possible things causing it.

1 - Port Forward
2 - Updated drivers
3 - Wrong configured Wi-Fi Antenna
4 - Wrong Wi-Fi Broadcast Channel
5 - Problematic Router

and the list goes on..

Start by checking your ports. http://www.canyouseeme.org (7777 in case for SA-MP).

The PC freezes that I can't type anything in SAMP chatbox not even /q or close the game,I've been facing this for a week or something.

Since when did this problem occur? Did you install any mods?

Did you try to re-install? install it on another location, Removing SA:MP, Removing the GTA San Andreas user files map?

I have only one light mode that didn't cause any problem for a long time,I've reinstalled it 3 times but in the same folder.
