Where did everyone go?

Where is everyone? I barely see any gangs ingame anymore except a few groves and ballas? Last week we were atleast 40+ players but now we hit maximum 15-20?

Don't know what happened, in like 3 days it went from 50 peak to 30 peak.
All the things Que made like those gangs and stuff, it went poof after a week.

Timezones, end of vacation time, i dont know, i see it too, when i am online at night we are mostly with 11 to 15 players..

I wish that we could swap the number of users in forum with number of players in game during the day/night. We got more diplomats and professors who share ideas and give opinions than players who actually visit our IP.

The "end of vacation" and "school" thing is a myth. During RS4 era and even RS5 few months ago (before all these almighty vacations) we had more than 15 players daily. It went up to 60-70.

School is starting soon and the server will be up to 100 again..Like it was a few months ago..Players're on vacations and they would rather spend time with family and friends than waste it on games..

Unfortunately Markk is right.

Summer/holidays/etc are things that just affects for a short period of time.

Main reason is that people are fed up with waiting for the changes. Also there are some migrations from Argonath, on servers that currently, provide way more things to do and entertainment  for players.
I'm sure as soon as Teddy/Mikro and Marcel start releasing their new RS5.1 scripts, that everyone is gonna come back.

To be honest, I'm still in vacation and I barely go IG since the beginning of this week, go IG then what? Go AFK? It's hard to find someone to role-play with other than chatting on CB or public chat with other friends who are semi afk.. Something is missing, like motivation or something, we lost it in a matter of one night..

Cofi, Khm you are both right. We can hope majority of players will get interested again with the incoming changes, which i find awesome. We have been waiting for months and we're very close to get them soon.
But as Khm said, motivation is also needed.

Literally sad to say, I haven't been active because I just started college and I have to give alot of focus to it. I regularly check the forums and I might hop in game from one hour daily or maybe just some hours on weekends. The main point of what I'm tryin to say is that just like me, there are several people that still care for Argonath but yet we don't have the chance to play for x or y reason.

There has been some improvements in the script since vacations started, so those saying that don't go on the server because "everything is so boring and unfinished" is because either they haven't seen "the changes" they want or they don't have folks to play with.

I agree with the users above and also I wish people that are on forums go in-game too. We're 31 on forums right now, yet only 15 in-game. They all come here and propose ideas, go against some ideas and stuff, but they are not playing on the server. Someone who sees the server on hosted tab will most likely join those with 60-70 players rather than our server.

I think people are sick to hear this all over again. They always say that, but we don't get them. Don't get me wrong, I ain't negativist. I am only speaking out the truth because I am not afraid of getting banned and whatnot (like some people do).

I don't think so. Before last year's summer it was just as active as it was this year, and got just as much inactive in the Summer as this year. Players will come back, eventually with all the new planned changes.
