So how do we see a criminal?

We see a criminal as someone who enjoys taking risks. Risks that can bring a higher profit as the daily work of a citizen. but that also can cost a lot more when it goes wrong. This is what we have incorporated in to RS5.

First of all if you wish to become (or remain) rich as criminal going on a killing spree is not the best thing to do. For every person you kill the price you pay when caught or killed goes higher. This means that killing a lot of people will simply cost you a lot of money.
However it gets worse, as you will see further.

Crime familes are an important part. And some of the families have a standing that puts them above others, the official families.
Official families will get a state funded headquarter. Also they get the possibility to export drugs, thus keeping the market alive.
And their HQ is protected from being disowned. Disowned? Yes, more about that later.
The wallet system is created to let families be able to share the wealth or give someone money to do a job. And a group will be able to have a group bank account from which all members can obtain a card. Alsoe finally there can be cars linked to a group.

But the money making is not limited to things like drugs. In fact the making of money might be more from being the 'roof' of regular business.
If a group protects a business, the group earns from all money made by that business. This means that the more business is stimulated by a group, the more money they get.
Also a group can control an area. This way all business in the area will be controlled by them.

But there is a catch. After all the idea is to remain invisible for the law. That means that if the group members are killing a lot of others, the ARPD and FBI will get the right to issue a warrant. Depending on how high the number of kills is, this can vary from removing control over an area or business to disowning the properties of the group.
So choose your members carefully.

As groups  tend to fight between each other, if a full scale war breaks out over the control of an rea or property, there is a way to settle this. By scripted gang war the winner will receive what is at stake. And the advantage of fighting a scripted war is that the kills will not be noticed by the law, and not count towards the score. Want to fight outside the script ? No problem but remember what it can lead to.

HQ should sort their 'to do list'. We don't need no bank heist script, with all due respect it's a cool idea and all but why don't we have business profit yet? We need to make sure vital things get sorted out first.

If it's not out yet, you are free to start scripting and help out. Would be more useful than coming here constantly saying the same thing over and over.

We have a single scripter dedicated to the business scripts and other portions linked to it at the moment. Other scripters will be working on the additional scripts like bank heists.

Why are you involving my group into this ? Go check all of his replys and ask around about others opinion about Cyril, after all he had his snitch in our skype group so he knows what the community thinks about him.
