It's kinda sad that these topics is even necessary.

Sure it might not show the best image, asking for staff. But being in-game while people ruin your experience by hacking or rule-breaking also shows off a bad image. This is the fastest way to contact staff, and get it spread, other than just PMing someone who is on the forums (and might not be at home, just browsing on his phone).
Anyways, has a staff member come and handled the situation yet, Fernando?
