It's that time of the year where staff positions become vacant and new dedicated individuals are given a chance to apply for a staff position.
Bear in mind the position is one a person should apply for if they want to help out, not just to obtain a rank and believe they're above anyone else.

Trustworthy, can abide by the rules, able to follow what people tell them to do and the list goes on and on. As well as a good punishment history (good as in low to none, not colourful).
