Obviously that in principle the new moderators should be honest and good persons, however; even having bad persons and liars, but which in main objective have the improvement of the community and its server, there's nothing against them. We must admit that in life not only the good peoples win in the end, so we must try to find the correct persons for the job not good persons. Depends on their quality and their progress how much far they will go.
