Well, i see on Mex's Sig that it says 100%
And i was playing on the server fine.

But, the admin apps are closed, it says "locked til public release" - huh?

The server is currently on Public BETA.
Meaning anyone can join the server and use the commands, whilst we are testing them all to make sure they all work fine.

After this is tested, BETA will be over and the Admin Application topic will be unlocked.

If you are working on Vista, VCMP must be in the GTA:VC folder, and run as administrator. Otherwise you get single player game.

setting the compatibility to win98 worked for me.
