First off, Dell, I would like to express my condolences for your father. It is good to see you dropping by from time to time.

To be honest, my first impression was "who has time to read such a long text" but now I am glad that I have read it. Sometimes, those kind of long articles look excruciating to read but when you take your time to read seriously, trust me, it's very effective. I also have dreams, like everybody has, and now I have to thank you because of the text I just read. Since I started to play on Argonath on IV:MP, you were always hortative to me and I learned quite a lot from you.

At the moment, I'm inspired however I know that I will lose that inspiring feeling after at most thirty minutes.

Noted. I'll mention when I'm headed to Europe.
Headed to America (Illinois and Indiana) on Thursday for 3 weeks.

My morning message to you all: write down at the end of each day what you learnt. Takes 2 minutes, lasts a lifetime.

Big love <3 Dell.

When adding value gets you worse off than you were before, due to a hidden agenda against you, its time to quit. Then remember why you quit in the first place.

How do you keep inspired? It's easy, you've always got something you can be doing. Something you can be rewarded by, something you need to do that advances you. When you get somewhere, when you accomplish something it really inspires you to keep doing that. Just make sure that what you do has consistency behind it and you're getting 'positive' value from it. The reason we give up a lot of the time is that we see no benefit, no opportunity at the cost of our time or the resources (Money, Skill) we have. But if you give up on your dreams, you're opening the door of the crappy life. Every time you don't push yourself you're pushing yourself nearer to the crappy life door. That door exists for everyone. Some people walk through it then complain about how miserable they are. The worst thing you have in life is the knowledge of what you would have turned out like if you had pushed yourself that extra mile every day no matter what. It's not easy but you must reward yourself with positive incentives.

Its easy to get distracted and lose focus of where you need to go. The extra assignment that you need to do by this week, the extra pile of work. But here's the thing to change your perspective. Imagine you get an assignment and you complete it 2 days before any one else. Not because you 'had' to but because you wanted to. For yourself, to prove to yourself that its possible to take the time out get stuck in and finish it. Then what? Maybe not the first assignment, but after the 3rd people will start to take notice. You'll get a lucky (its not luck but it'll look like it to others) opportunity to work on a special project because you've done all the C class (average) work that you've had to do, instead you'll get rewarded by looking around at good things with the pressure all gone because no ones on your back.

Its really that simple. The trick is to just keep working at it. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Any mammoth task you take on board, realise it can be broken down into really simple logical steps. This is what I use every time I feel I'm not pushing my effort.

I didn't want to go do something on Saturday because it was 2 hours worth of driving for 2 hours 30 minutes of part reward. But I knew if I didn't do it, it would set me closer to the crappy door. So off I went, thinking about the opportunity. I made a few mistakes, I broke a glass, but I'm so glad that I did. There's something I have to do every Tuesday without fail, if I don't make it (I've not made it once) I know that I'm pushing myself nearer to the crappy door. You know what? I've never made the mistake of missing it again. No matter what its important to know what to do more of and what to do less of. Sometimes you have to say 'NO' to people and build whats important to you. Don't forget the support network around you, the friends the family and colleagues who you can all seek advice from. Argonath is very powerful for that. I write this message for you but I have the knowledge in knowing that many others will see it. But maybe only you will take impact on it. I'm already doing it so I'm happy to give support for those who are struggling to achieve what they want. Many people have walked this same walk, many have failed, but they pushed through the failures to lead them to greatness. Keep on pressing forward. You'll reward yourself more than you can imagine.

<3 Dell.

My Pm's always open. Its up to you to use it. I check my messages when I can. Whilst I may not post publicly that often, never forget the opportunities you have to talk to the people that matter in your life. I know who I can talk to when in times of need. We often need pushing ourself to go that extra step. I'm glad my lessons have impacted you in some way, that's what its all about. Sometimes knowing knowledge isn't enough. You can be the smartest person (RainMan) in the sense of the stuff you know, but its how you apply it that makes all the difference. If you can do then you should do. If you can't do then you should teach. If you can't teach then you should administrate. Either way you're creating value to people.

Don't forget about the bad bits, they help you to get to the good bits, here's some of mine:
There's many things I have tried to do that haven't worked out. I look back at the times I was a Community Leader and I realise that there was many things I missed, that I should have done differently. I can't hold that against me, because I've learnt from these mistakes but you know what, it didn't happen that way. From all the small lessons I did on IVMP, I tried to embrace that on SAMP, I got about 5 people interested so I gave up with that idea. It sometimes doesn't fit everyone, because everyone is in their own track in life, but if you concentrate on what matters to yourself you'll be much happier. <3 Dell.

I was comfortable reading your adventures in life, and what life means for you, and what life means for me.
It was not so much as a eye-opener but instead a little boost.

Update this frequently with small posts so it's easier to read for us!

Good luck in your future Endeavors Dell!

I'm going to try and update this, but I can't promise I'll get to it when in the USA. Times flying by since I first did the post and the comments have been great. I'm looking forward the USA but its going to be hard work for me as I've got a lot of ground to cover when I get over there. From the places that I need to go to, to the people that I need to meet, to the things that I must learn to get me started as an Entrepreneur. It won't be easy. Life never is. This is the first time I'm doing something that means I'm going to be the lone ranger, but the rewards are of equal intensity. What you put in you get out. So I've made a few choices of my habits to embrace this change. At a cost to me I travelled across the UK for the past two weeks, seeking out different types of people and getting their perspective on what I should work on. This has helped me to prepare for the task ahead. Planning is key and taking one step everyday to get goes in the direction of your dreams is a worthwhile endeavour. There's still much work to be done. For one thing I haven't even started packing, and the list of jobs to do this week even before packing are right there for me. But I'm looking forward to it and having done the jobs ahead I know I'll be prepped. So that's where I am at the moment. I've hooked into more books, more courses (as if there wasn't enough already) and I'm picking up momentum. I can't say where I am right now but I know where I'm going. There's a big mountain in-front of me. Its shouting at me to go back or stay where I am because its easy but turning back when you're already set on your journey is what pushes me forward. So I'll be getting up stupid early on Thursday, I'll put fuel in my car, I'll get to the airport, I'll start packing, I'll read books on the 8 - 10 hour flight/s and I'll write a plan out of what I need to do. That'll keep me focused for the trip I have. I know I'm going to make mistakes, so just let them happen. Embrace the change because if you do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got. So in a way I'm looking forward to it! Thanks Traser.

<3 Dell.
