There's a major bug involving gang HQ's, they are all accessable to everyone just by using one of commands, which I won't mention here till Stormeus/aXXo is online.

Okay, I just did it. For now I'd like to advise all HQ owners to check their invited lists, and possibly remove players that don't belong to group.

Infinite smuggle fixed once and for all.
Fixed open gang HQs once and for all.
Fixed not being able to add or remove members in bugged gang HQs.
