Would someone be kind enough to explain to me how this thing works? As far as i noticed, sometimes you get 40mins for killing someone, sometimes 10mins, sometimes you get 40mins for evading ts, sometimes 10mins. If someone could explain how this works it would be great.

Afaik it is 30 mins on /su (6 stars) and it goes from 10 mins and up for a kill (Two stars).

It would be cool if @Teddy could check this out.
Yesterday Antonello killed 1 single guy and ended up with 40mins rhl and after like 1hour i killed 1 guy and i was with like 9-10mins rhl.

There should be some sort of script recognition for crimes and based on that, times are selected.
