Some issues with GTA IV

Hello,

Since I've recently returned from some inactivity, I planned to come back to IV:MP.
I've succesfully installed the game from my Steam account. The issues are, when I tried to launch the game it refused to run properly. This was caused by Games For Windows Live which wasn't automatically installed like it used to be before. This problem solved, I could log in, and launched the game succesfully.
Now, I also succeeded to login at Games For Windows Live in-game. It started to patch/update as described in the Installation Guide. Unfortunately, this patch/update keeps failing which prevents me from succesfully configurating the game to run IV:MP.
I've also tried to install the 1.0.7.0 patch without installing the automated patch/update which comes when you log in to Games For Windows Live for the first time you launch the game - this didn't work either.

It seems like I'm not able to solve this issue myself. Does anyone have, or had the same issue and knows how to fix it?

Edit: P.S: I'm using Windows 10 Education Edition (Never had any problems with the game on Windows 7)

Yesterday, my game was working perfectly. Today, when I started my laptop, and tried to launch it, the following keeps happening:
Someone knows how to fix it?

Have you tried to run as administration ?
Have you tried to run IVMP in compability mode?
In some case, IVMP will work normal after you restarted your PC / Laptop, you might try it

In compatibility settings, have u checked the `Disable DPI scailing`?

Yes, I've tried this as well since I saw this was a solution at another problem.

The weird thing is, yesterday the game worked perfectly, and today, without making any changes the game doesn't work properly.
