I was ingame riding a Bike and I got banned for DMing, and script abuse. Can someone explain?

You were banned as a result of a comprehensive investigation against Gvardia / Soprano.

You were banned for multiple instances of rolling up on Gvardia, having almost no interaction and engaging before hand. In addition, when Gvardia has come up on you, you fire first without giving them a chance. In some cases, this is where the script abuse comes in, you run into a property (mostly ammu) and jack the entry fee up as soon as you enter. We do not condone this as it is entirely not the intent of the script.

The good news is there's not much to talk about. You can either be upfront about this and we can discuss a date or you can deny it and we can dance around for a while getting no where. We have extensively been studying the logs following reports from both sides and have pretty comprehensive understandings of events. There isn't much room for arguments against the facts we have.

Since my ban is based on comprehensive investigation from you, according to the chat logs etc etc. I admit everything regarding the charges I am facing at this moment with this ban. First comment for the "dm" I did react like this for the simplest reason that I got treated in the same way, I will not post videos here but we got an example of Ivan's ban, and you know very well how that worked. Avoiding the blame-game I will take with me my faults and face all consequences. But I assure you that since post below my behavior changed and in fixed way I continued the game in the right path. The post:

We need to see more player-to-player interaction before engaging. There should never be an instance where you roll up and are shooting within a couple of seconds for entirely new situations. Interactions also need to have content, context, and purpose. No more of this bullshit, we're enemies so I'll give you 3 seconds to do something or I'll kill you. No more of this do this or die. You need to create opportunity for the RP interaction to expand and go either way. You need to accept RP will not always end in your favor. You need to accept sometimes you will lose.

Regarding to the "script abuse" I have done it. I've set the entry fee several times in maximum, most of times I warned even via /ad but in those situations I did not warn.Since it's counted as script abuse I will take this with me and suffer the consequences as well.

Very glad for the good news and for the treatment of this unban appeal, as much days as HQ  decides for my case, I will continue waiting in patience.

I see you've already seen the warning I gave to Gvardia / Soprano members who have been banned as a result. If you agree to that statement as well we can set a date to unban you in the near future.

I have big responsibility toward server and its numerous factions, and it's not something to be proud for being banned from essential rules which applied in server before I registered. Yet I admit all the charges and I agree that similar behavior toward community and it's players won't be repeated.

I hope that everything is clear from my part, I confess and agree with conditions and rules.

It's apparent that you have been making use of his account since your ban by the looks of things.

I don't know the reason you refer that; is apparent of me making use of account Endri Soprano. Although I fail to understand the real notion, I might come with few ideas why you might think so. Me and Endri are cousins and we live very close to eachother. It's true that we played multiple times from each others homes but since we're both old players we didn't have any "conflict" since we follow the rules when it comes two players using the same internet connection. Rules such as transaction cheatings etc. Maybe according to those facts you might doubt or think that I'm  breaching into my ban and using others accounts.

It's clear you and Endri have two different ISPs both within Albania. It is also apparent that Endris IP address range in-game changed to your IP address range just days after your ban. The only way that would happen is if he happened to change internet providers.

Another thing; your IP address changed the same day Endri logged in with a different IP address to his previous one. That is no coincidence.

Endri joins the game from two places, home and work. He mostly joins from work because at home he has got also a barber shop, and he barely finds time to join. You're used to seeing Endri joining from his IP at work, he has got another ISP there and another ISP at home. (Abisnet @work Abcom@Home). He did not change any internet providers but it's what I'm explaining. Endri was pretty active in summer with his home connection, and you can verify that.

If you are in doubt why we have same IP for the moment, it's I am using Endri's WI-FI when I visit his barber shop to connect in forums and skype to keep in contact with my friends, because as I told you over skype I don't have internet at the moment. Even now that I'm writing this post im connected at his wifi.

Knowing what I risk by banevading I wouldn't do it after knowing the rules and consequences very well. I would not use Endri's account after knowing I will be unbanned within weeks, and I have no interest in playing under his account. Endri is old enough to know the rules, and he wouldn'\t share his credentials. He's 23 years old and he already got 3-4 years in the server.  I can do anything to prove you that I havne't joined his account, and I can get Endri to confirm aswell.
