Admission of Guilt and Intent

From what I understand, I need a manager or admin for this situation.

Here's the facts. Hope I won't get banned for it, but just being honest here.

Most of you know me. Ive been around a while. I was with a woman that played on Argonath with me, Harley. We broke up, I left Texas to come home to Florida. We didn't part on the best of terms, so her contact with me is limited. She finally agreed to give me back the buffalo I gave her when we were together, but her way of giving it back was to give me the login credentials. I have logged in twice, once to verify the car was still in her possession, and a few minutes later to check the banking information. This has been within the last 15 minutes prior to posting this.

After the second login, I remembered certain administrative features that may flag me for malicious/evasion techniques. This is not my intent. Ellz was the first member of administration, and I immediately told him of my intentions, and for a Mod, my situation is well above his privileges.

I don't want to be considered multi-accounting for this. If it means I need to talk to her more to convince her to come in game and do the transaction, thats fine. I'll do what it takes. Given the circumstances though, the money (roughly 29k, as i went to the bank to consolidate the two accounts to see the total amount) is irrelevant to me. I simply want my buffalo back and once done, have her account closed. Normally I would expect that she would need to verify this information on forums, or something similar to show its actually two people.

I would like to reclaim my assets from my ex, but do not wish to do things outside the rule of Argo. Please advise how to move forwards with this situation.

I can understand that. But it was my Buffalo. I mean I could just go buy another one, money isn't an issue. I just did something that worries me because I've been in Administration before and I know how it looks. Most would say, just give up the Buffalo. But it was mine. It's like a divorce. I want my half, and in psychology, I know it's a territorial/ownership thing. But I got excited when she said yes, and in hindsight may have overstepped my bounds.

As much as I have respect for your ex (Harley) I think you must submit an appeal to the civil court, and ask for an legal statement from her to give you the rights. I didn't mean to. This is mostly about admitting I fucked up. Secondly about my buffalo....which I may not be able to convince her to participate in the community, but I've been trying to convince her for months to give me back my shit, and she finally agreed by giving me the credentials. Then I thought of what it would mean to the community, that it would literally take deceit and lies to reclaim whats mine, and Argo means more to me than she ever did....and I think highly of her.

Yeah, I know. You have way more important things to tend to than a pathetic divorce squabble. No sarcasm intended or meant. This is between me and Harley, but I don't think she'll participate in Argonath rules and policies, so I want to know what my alternative course of action is, and admit that I fucked up by logging into her account. If it means im held accountable for my actions, so be it. I acted without thinking, and I've been told I overthink things, and maybe I am, but I want that buffalo back.

Well this is indeed weird, no offence. But I get it. Even if that thing is minor and rather useless, it's yours. I see no reason for the server to oppose such a transfer.

Its a matter of how to handle it, and Mods can't exactly answer it. Admins even are questionable because this isn't an everyday situation. I agree with Johan, that it should be taken to Divorce Court in Argo's legal system, but can't exactly be sure of her participation. I know with loans, if you have a judge from the get-go, you can reinforce the contract. This is more along the lines of a prenuptial agreement with no judge present from the start.
