I know our constitution is very short in several terms (to not say the whole constitution) but there must be set rule in similar cases that if the other party don't come with statement in Court Hall for a maximum amount of time (1 - 2 months) should make you legitimately winner. My point is, if she refuses to come in Argonath, you win the case in the civil court.

We must profit from those cases which happen daily in real life but once in life in Argonath. Advertisement team must prepare the cameras to make movie about this.

No. House was in my account, and she rented it, bugging it from RS5.0. Caused me to have to abandon my event:

Since the house was the prize, but I couldn't sell it because it was bugged rented. When I eventually came back to RS5.1, it had been sold by administration and the ~300k was in my account. I bought my 4th buffalo, and gave like 150k away in /sponsor to a couple players to announce my return.

So basically this all boils down to; you two are no longer together and your buffalo you had given to her is somewhat "sentimental" to you which is why you want to get it back.
Because of this you did some foolish nonsense like logging into her account to get what you had given to her back seeing as she doesn't play anymore.

So what's the moral of the story; either don't give things to others if you may want them back at some point, consider giving something to a person as it being gone and cut your losses.

No. That implies that I intended to cheat the system to reacquire it.

The rest of it, I agree with. It's sentimental. But I do have her permission to retrieve it, but to get it back...I may need her participation, which is 50/50 at this point. She's not interested in RP in game or on forum, so I want to know what other recourse of action I have other than "cut my losses". I already did that, but now I have a sliver of hope to reclaim. The Argo I used to know, would treat this differently, but that was almost a decade ago and shit changes. I want to know how to apply it to current rules and regulations, but also don't want to cheat the system, so I'm trying to do it as right as I can instead of my intoxicated excitement without thinking about repercussions.

well, i'm afraid admins cannot help you in this situation they have not permission to login into someone account and take her vehicle to give it to you how they can know if she doesn't mind , unless she send them a msg in forum i believe.

Thats one of the two points.

1) I have credentials and logged in, then realized that from administration standpoint would be unacceptable.
2) What methods do I have available to reclaim my property, does it need to be forum, or do I need to talk her into coming in game to transfer?
