Fastest and the most easy way is to deal with Harley, I know it might not be comfortable due to your current status with her, but you will avoid a lot of difficulties and you will make the case easier for administration team, which don't have access on personal assets of any client, even if you're reflecting the reality that she gave permission, is not ethically to touch personal things without legal agreement and recognized by court halls. if you can cantact her to inform her to log IG, why not, if she is not interesting, at least ask her if she can send a msg on forum for admins telling them to give you back your vehicle if this is acceptable for admins.

That seems the most realistic option so far. A court case on forums would be interesting, but only if both parties were interested in RP'ing the situation. She's got her own life, and the more responses I get from fellow players leans me more towards "get her to log in and give you your shit back if it means so much to you"
