 if u have range banned pakistan or some specific area ..... so please .....remove it because everyone from pakistan got static ip ...so i also got static ip .. every hour or may be 6 hour it got changed so i m sona face some serious problems

Your only real option will be to get another IP address; seeing as your IP has changed in the past which means your IP address is dynamic. Unfortunately we have blocked routes for specific reasons and we won't be removing the blocks.

after every 1 or 6 hour i should post my ip here ? and you guys will respond after an hour ?

Sending us your IP won't get you anything.  Contact ISP for new route since we won't be unbanning blocked routes.
