The current forms of evidence accepted are:
- Screenshots
- Screen captures (video)
- Chatlogs

All evidence must be roleplayed. Chatlogs may be used, but if the authenticity is questioned, the Court can verify by requesting a log check.

I have spent the better half of a year working as a District Court Judge, before being appointed as the Supreme Justice of the Court during a time in which mass division was present internally between former judges. I was left with a Court in shambles, two unapproved Constitutions, no training judges, and a system that was desperately broken. I made it my goal to try and fix as much as possible and try to develop a system that the next Supreme Court Justice and District Judges could utilize to the best of their ability and make it much easier for the public to utilize the Court's as well. It was never my intention to be a long term Supreme Court Judge, I simply do not possess the time nor the energy to dedicate to something like this, this is done as a hobby for me, I study law in my personal life, but I don't take a pay for doing this and when it begins to take over the time I dedicate to other aspects that is when I know it is time to move on.

With that, I will effective immediately be resigning as Chief Justice of the San Andreas Supreme Court. As I was the last standing judge, it will be up to SA:MP HQ to figure out my replacement. I apologize to those that have open cases, but due to several personal reasons and some of the feedback I've received from members of the community, it's time to close this chapter and move on to bigger and better things.

Thank you to Marcel and Peter for giving me the opportunity to serve as a Judge under both of you. I know you both have your differences in opinions, but without you both, I wouldn't have been able to do the work I have done for this community through the San Andreas Courts.

Citizens of San Andreas, in the United States of Argonath

William Foley (SkyHawk), who served as previous Chief Justice of the Supreme and Appeal Court was approached by the government to be reappointed to the bench. I have seen fit to accept the government's appointment of Mr Foley to the Supreme and Appeal Court. Mr Foley will bring his excellent administrative and legal skills to the Court of which I have no doubt will be of great use to the Court.

Mr Foley's return will also reduce the case burden on his Honour Justice Alexander Treblin who currently serves as Associate Justice on the Supreme and Appeal Court in the State of San Andreas and Justice of the Argonath Federal Court in the State of Florida.

The Court congratulates Mr Foley on his reappointment to the Court. His honour will be sworn in on the 13th of January 2018 at 10:00PM CET at the steps of Los Santos City Hall.

EDIT (14/01/2018): His Honour will be sworn in a private ceremony and will begin to handle cases.

This is to announce that the court will reopen its recruitment for Judges in the coming days.

In addition, another round of feedback will be held for implementing the new constitution and laws. After the feedback round, HQ and the Supreme Court will give the final go ahead for replacing the current constitution of the new version.

We have decided to not wait much longer in order for the process to be sped up.

Frederick Collin and Kyle McDane are hereby dismissed from being a Judge with full honor and benefits. Antonio has indicated his interest and remains as a District Court Judge.

When all the preparations are completed, the new Judge Assistants will start their work on reviewing the new constitution so it can be implemented.

Behind the scenes, the last work is being done on the new constitution and laws in conjunction with Server HQ and the members of the Court.

We are planning on a short-term release of the new constitution. This will be done via a forum announcement and in-game ceremony where all existing and new judges will be sworn in with the new oath.

To bring our regulations in sync with the updated server rules, we have clarified what evidence is accepted in the court from this moment on:

The current forms of accepted evidence are:
- Screenshots and videos, given they show a roleplay action that proves a recording was started.
- Chatlogs, given they show a roleplay action that proves a recording was started.
- (Sworn) testimony in a courtroom or office.

The presiding judge has discretion to decide what is admissible and what not. This is done to prevent endless discussions in cases.

This is to announce that on this friday, 20.00 server time, the ceremony will be held to launch the new constitution. This will take place on the steps of LS City Hall.

At this time, we will let the present judges be sworn in with the new oath. FBI will be in charge of security.

Dear citizens of Argonath,

Tonight, via a ceremony on the steps of LSCH, the new constitution was launched. Several people attended this historic moment in the State of San Andreas.

From this moment on, these new laws will be in effect and law enforcement will be enforcing them.

I want to take this moment to thank the following people:

- PulseEffect: For writing large parts of the constitution and contributing a lot to the court.
- [WS]Jacob: For starting the provisional parliament and getting me interested in running the court.
- [R*]Bas: For taking the initiative to finally make the launch of the new constitution a reality.

Dear Citizens of the United States of Argonath.

As you all are aware, due to recent issues that sadly developed within staffing of the court, we lost a supreme judge and have been understaffed for a while.
Therefore the government has decided to assign a new interim supreme judge, Lauren Lang. miss Lang will be ensuring that the court gets back active, she will also be reviewing and providing change to the constitution to ensure it fits the current atmosphere of the state and its issues.

If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, or interest in the justice system, they are free to contact miss Lang through the mailing system ((Contact me over forum PMs or Discord direct messages))

A new, active supreme Judge will be assigned once the government finds one fit, court cases will be picked up by the current active judges and those that are no longer available to handle cases will be immediately removed from court.
Any questions can of course also be forwarded to miss Lang.

Sorry for the time it took for us to right what happened in the past, but we're back and ensuring that the state can continue running with an active court system.

As you're all aware the state has been going through many ups and downs as well as the raise and fall of rebellious groups, some major changes have occurred during these these hard times in FBI and SAPD and this time the court therefore I would like to announce that Stiven Gvardia has been assigned the role of Supreme Court Judge. Mr Stiven will be having full support from myself and all law enforcement groups to get the court back on its feet and review the current articles in the constitution and laws to suit the needs of our citizens (and to live up to the mindset and expectations of the current players to hold the current environment of the server)

If you would like to suggest, advise, share your ideas or experience in the justice system please do not hesitate to personally contact me with a forum pm and I will work with Stiven myself to make your inputs useful.
