Introduction
Argonath Federal Bureau of Investigation is an official establishment under the honorable President Gandalf and Prime Minister Aragorn. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is an organization of top level intelligence and law enforcement power to bring those who violate the Argonath constitution to justice. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is a fact gathering organization, using advanced technologies and managed by our highly and skillfully trained agents to gather evidence and combat against criminals and criminal organizations.

Each installation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation field offices throughout Argonath in Liberty City, and Vice City and the federal headquarters of the State of San Andreas are lead by experienced members of law enforcement who coordinate their team with fidelity, bravery and integrity in the most challenging of situations and most crucial times of public safety and national security. There is no other organization like the Federal Bureau of Investigation, our training is specialized and designed to promote failure in which our cadets learn from to become better when it really counts, in the field. Not everyone will make it, but those who are truly dedicated and motivated to serve their country's citizens and bear the badge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation will succeed without regrets.

The single most danger to the average citizen of Argonath is not an international terrorist, its your neighbors, those around you. The domestic grown crime rates are on the rise and are at all time high in our history. It is times like this the nation depends on our intelligence collection, interrogation and investigation skills to combat crime with the law.


Our history
The FBI history in itself is a tale to tell. It goes back to a very early version of the script that only a very few part of the community members would still remember up to this day. It is a tale of tragedy, heroism, courage, will, victory and learning.

The Beginning
It all began by a warm summer of 2007, in fact it was in July 2007, the 20th to be accurate, when the whole story began. A few days before, a few guys named Trujillo(known as Fernando) and Castor decided to create a new group called the [FBI].  Jaaskaa and Type met in game after an advertising made by Trujillo. This guy was willing to start a new group that would be dedicated to challenge the big criminal groups. This group decided to use the FBI skin and use black vehicles to perform their duties. They decided to name this group the [FBI], which, back in the days, was not set to be an official group but a group of players using a common skin and tag to recognize their teammates. The team began running steady by august of the same year, making a first famous rescue called the Zippy Kidnapp, a kidnapping that occured at Blueberry on August 8th 2007. Back in the days it was common to see hostage die in a kidnapping situation. FBI came in with new tactics that would use every inches of the game to take an advantage on the suspect. In that particular case, like it was the usual back in the days, suspect was brought to a barn in blueberry. Upon command, a FBI loaded vehicle flew into the barn, paralyzing a kidnapper while the second was taken down by snipers. At this point the vehicle crew covered the hostage and shot down the remaining suspect. It was the first time such tactic was used. Its success repeated to a point into which suspects no longer had interest in blueberry as a kidnapping zone. When it was obvious that law enforcement did master this area, it began to change, leading to sporadic mass kidnapping wave.

The young yet feared [FBI] group was showing some extremely versatile and powerful capabilities. In average, it led 88% of its intervention to a clear success, 9% to a partial success and 3% to failure. Of course back in the days, a clear success was a situation into which the hostage was unharmed and the suspect captured or killed, while a partial suspect involved injuries to hostages or death of a law enforcement member. This proves how well organized and trained were those members.

Controversy
In early October, plans for the release of next script were leaked and some of the members got their hands on it. The news were looking very bad. A rumor came to the [FBI] about restriction of FBI skin in the next script. In the immediate, [FBI] members proposed many solutions, amongst them were exile to other servers where they could have FBI role or creating a business group over Argonath. Meanwhile they did put their act together quickly, deciding to put one last great final just in case. From October 15th to November 10th 2007 the little band of [FBI] gave all it had to show, putting a fierce firework up. But on November 11th 2007 the bomb was released. Suddenly that long loved FBI skin was no longer available. The server yet had much to offer. The guys, who were forced out of their living.

Second Chance
It was a fairy day in fact, this 25th of December 2007, a fair and joyous Christmas day for many reasons. The demons some lived long with had finally vanished. In fact the President confirmed that a plane containing all Montana's was mysteriously crashed and got lost in the depth outside San Fierro, in the wild ocean. To this day the plane was never found nor were the bodies. Many speculate about some tests ongoing at area 69 or about some strange containers in a ship in San Fierro bay. The second and most important news was the appointment of Fernando Rivera as the new FBI Director by the Prime Minister. He came up with most of the old [FBI] staff to re-build what would be the new FBI. Shortly after the group was called to the LVPD by [Rstar]Agent where they had a short meeting about the future and the expectations of the FBI. They also had the privilege of swearing the oath and therefore becoming the first FBI agents of San Andreas. Soon after that the Government of Argonath inaugurated a new office building designated to serve as the heart of the FBI Operations in the whole state. The young group was to become a force to be recognized with.

Trial by Fire
Early morning, January 16 2008, 22 days after being put up, the new FBI squad makes a first slash into Argonath daily routine. A large group of agents suddenly storm Ganton looking for a man named Seskom. He is found outside his house and immediately informed he is being prosecuted for the use of drug. At this point, FBI marks a new level in Argonath court case, making the most RP and realistic court up to that date. The very same day accusations are brought on the accused in the Las Venturas Court. The case, just like newspaper elastic, stretched very long. After 24 days of audience, the court gives it's verdict, proving [GSF]Seskom guilty. This first trial by fire is a real bomb, showing criminal groups what kind of business FBI was up to.

Fire Burns
FBI soon got the counter-effect of it's popularity. In May 2008, a young agent was dismissed from FBI for entrapment toward the person of an old Swedish farmer, Mrs. Svensson. The agent, regarding the facts, was promptly dismissed from FBI. In revenge, he did put up a court case asking to get his job back. The case was set out of court in a friendly way. In June, the case was re-opened but the prosecutor, the ex-agent, was becoming very troublesome on the server, which led to a complaint to the owners. The case was closed once again. FBI was then prosecuted by a person they did arrest in the end of august 2008. The case was judged by the president, the prime minister and the judge of Argonath. FBI was found non-guilty of its actions and the prosecutor had to pay 5000 dollars of court fees. Pretty soon court began to show some failures, making it easy to be avoided. An example of this occurred on the case FBI v. Nine_Corleone. Since the accused could not attend, no decision was given. This failure was seen as personal to some FBI members. At this point FBI stopped making court cases for a while and even with some attempts in December, results were still very bad.

On the Field
FBI decided, seeing court major issues, to begin putting some more pressure on the field. At some point the Director Fernando_Rivera came to leave in November 2008, putting Jaaskaa_Kolta has a Director. Fernando eventualy came back to FBI a month later, after a long while thinking. Jaaskaa kept the task of Director for a while in 2009. The strategy was simple yet efficient: Collect intelligence on citizens, forbid criminal groups to gain support and fight them directly on their ground using every technical and tactical means. This led to alot of opposition from both other law enforcement groups and the population in general. But Jaaskaa went ahead, reforming court in the time being to make it more efficient and less avoidable. After this was done, feeling tired of all the pressure going on due to his tasks as manager, court developer and leader and FBI Director, Jaaskaa left in June 2009, putting Fernando back to his previous role of Director.

The Cataclysm
In July 2009 the unthinkable happened. FBI forum, which was then external to Argonath, was pirated and destroyed. While a lot of files were saved, not everything could be restored and a lot of valuable data and pieces of history were lost. In front of such a tragedy, Ron and Ronnel decided to grant FBI it's own website and forum. At this point FBI rebuilt everything, shaping again a new model. Going back to it's previous style under Fernando command, FBI went active in court again. A few battles were won but FBI had to rebuild a large part of it's files and so many cases could not happen. Until the end of 2009, FBI spent a lot of time re-building and fixing itself.

Came the year 2010 which would prove to be very rude on everyone, not only FBI. Several gang wars had broken out and gangs were popping out of everywhere. It was an impossible situation requiring FBI resources to be overused. As soon as a gang would disappear, three would re-open. Gang members would leave to let new ones take their place. At the same time criminality was spreading across Argonath. FBI began to open branches on other servers, putting under a cooperative HQ its new divisions. But then again the war kept SA:MP FBI so busy they couldn't spot the danger from the inside. A member leaked, for several months, precious information. At some point a security check was led even on trusted members. Now known as Protocol L, this method led the snitch to be discovered and dismissed. On the meantime FBI kept fighting in the streets and also tried to solve it's internal disputes with SAPD and SWAT. In order to bring more proximity toward the population and other organization, FBI deployed some offices in Los Santos and San Fierro.

2011 and Nothing
That year began in lion. FBI was present on every lines, sidelines and even in the smallest places one could imagine but as reality always catch back on us, a lot became busy with real life. Yet they gave their every moments spent on Argonath in full dedication to this organization that is FBI. It was during this period that FBI tried to create a system to classify information that would be fully independent to forum. Unfortunately this system was ready to deploy but never attained it's full capacity of being 100% operational. It remained somewhere in the 80% unfortunately. Meanwhile FBI deployed new strategies such as the multiple layer tactic and the defensive strike. On the field this proved accurate and useful in many cases which are still under work. FBI also made so major renovating to it's Los Santos HQ to include a helicopter pad for it's most recent tool, a maverick helicopter. 2011 did not mark minds of the members, most of them qualifying it as a office work year, writing long reports and analyzing evidences, and so continued on throughout 2012.

Blackout
The year marked a major transition from RS4 to RS5, which resulted in a drastic drop of playercount and so it had affected the FBI itself. It had to manage to stay alive with bare minimum of members, and attempt to adapt to the new environment which the new scripts brought. It was a tough job as there were no options to employ the high number of employees FBI used to have in times prior to RS5. It resulted in a blackout period, during which there was nothing really happening not only in the FBI, but in the server itself, and the FBI remained stagnant throughout the year and up to 2014.

Reborn
In 2015, the FBI still suffered severe lack of staff, resulting in insufficient activity in the field and hence affecting the amount of work performed within the FBI. The activity was maintained by individuals, such as Huntsman, Dean Callaghan, TeaM Arslan, who were then led by then the only active member of Director board, Deputy Director [WS]Mikro. The times were still tough and the effects of the transition from RS4 to RS5 were still very present, there weren't many players, and it was hard to maintain sufficient number of Agents in the FBI due to the low specter of applicants and candidates for the FBI. Hope had risen when a new wave of recruits were employed in the FBI, resulting in increase of staff and presence on the field. The priority of the FBI in the year was to train and create new qualified Agents which would be present on the field and handle situations and investigations within the FBI's jurisdiction. With only few individuals who were active enough and qualified as Instructors to teach the new recruits (cadets) in the FBI, it was a lengthy process, but at the end it paid off, as the FBI had managed to employ four cadets which at the end managed to pass the Academy and qualify as full time Agents. In the second half of the year, issues have arisen with newly formed terrorist organization named Flint Liberation Army, and parallel to it, rebirth of a new agency which was the Central Intelligence Agency. The FBI had to fight in two battlefields, one being combating the terrorist organization, another one being combating the misconduct that was continuously performed by the members of the CIA. The situation caused the FBI and SAPD to bond together with strong alliance and teamwork, worked together to fight the same enemies and dismantle the terrorist organization and the corrupt members of the CIA. It was a long process which stretched out to the year 2016.

Justice Prevails
At the beginning months of 2016, the story from year 2015 still stood, FBI and SAPD worked together as close allies to dismantle the terrorist organization and to combat the corrupt members of the CIA. In March of 2016, the FBI prosecuted two Agents of the Central Intelligence Agency in the Court for the acts they committed on the line of duty. While the FBI understood that the then Supreme Judge was an Ex Director of the CIA, who still communicated with the members of the CIA actively even during the case through third party platforms, and coordinated the case with the prosecuted parties and then established leadership of the CIA, there was no other option but to create a case with concrete evidence and push it to the court, even if it meant risking it being mishandled by a biased Supreme Judge. The FBI even communicated with the President in order to ensure that justice remains ensured and that no bias affects the outcome of the cases which the FBI published. While the outcome of the cases was positive in the end, as it resulted in removal of the CIA as a recognized and official agency, the punishments were minimized and one case dismissed. However, that's only one battlefield, we still had active situations with the Flint Liberation Army, a terrorist organization which fought for independent Flint County. The FBI and SAPD continued with its close alliance and bond that was built thanks to the common enemies, with common objectives, and worked together to combat the terrorists. By collecting intelligence, and documenting the incidents, and using undercover agents and informants, the FBI managed to have Flint Liberation Army declared as a terrorist organization, and had gotten green light from the Supreme Judge to create an order which authorized us to search and arrest any individual who identified as member of the FLA. The President in same time authorized use of advanced weaponry and indefinite holding in cells for the terrorists. It were major diplomatic wins for the Law Enforcement. As the second half of the year came close, the FBI also launched an investigation into the Mayor of San Fierro who was suspected of conducting illegal activities. The FBI, using its informants and undercover agents, managed to obtain evidence of the illegal conducts by the Mayor who named Sam Gvardia, and proceeded with a prosecution in Court, which resulted in his removal from the Government. The FLA as the end of the year was coming closer became less and less threatening. It is worth mentioning that the FBI during this year received major internal updates and innovations, which ensured of efficiency and better execution of tasks on the field. The leadership changed in September, a new Director was appointed by the President, a new Director was TeaM Arslan, who appointed Matthew Carter as his Deputy Director.

Story Goes On
Year 2017 came, the beginning months were peaceful and stagnant, there were no major incidents worth of mentioning. The FBI continued to actively perform duties on the field, and has successfully managed to increase its presence and activity in the Court, focusing on prosecutions and gathering of intelligence. It gets forgotten that the FBI is a fact gathering organization, and that its job is to enforce the law to all layers of our country, including members of government agencies. We tolerate no crime from anybody. The months continued being stagnant and peaceful, no major incidents occurred, until March, when Director TeaM Arslan filed a resignation, after which Deputy Director Matthew Carter assumed the position of a Director, and appointed Leonardo Carter as his Deputy Director. Past March, the situation changed as a new terrorist organization appeared, named Northland Armed Forces. The FBI once again as in previous times used its resources and focused on getting the group declared as a terrorist organization. After submitting a request to the Supreme Judge, the request was authorized and the group was declared as a terrorist organization. While the alliance with SAPD wasn't as genuine as in year 2015, the two agencies still worked together to combat the terrorist organization and to resolve situations it had caused. At the end of the day, we're both Law Enforcement Agencies, and we only differ in our tasks and jurisdiction, yet, we still have the common task of keeping the citizens safe and maintaining peace in the country. The FBI will continue to work with other agencies, including non-Law Enforcing Government agencies, and provide resources, intelligence and direct aid when required. We seek for alliance, peace and cooperation, not only between government agencies, but also between all other organizations and citizens themselves. Are you interested into joining the FBI?

Academy
The Academy is the first division you will face in case you get accepted into the FBI. After submitting an application, all the members of the FBI ranked Agent and higher will evaluate your application and will conduct various checks on you to make sure you meet the requirements to join the FBI. Once your application has been evaluated and all the requirements are met, we may invite you for an interview. In the interview, you will be asked various questions about your life in Argonath, interests, hobbies and so on. Then follows another round of evaluation of your answers. Once everybody evaluated your answers, you will be notified by a private message on our website stating if you were accepted or not. If you are accepted, you will be an Academy Cadet, and will not immediately become an official member of the FBI. You will have to work your way up to reach that position. As an Academy Cadet, you will be given an exam with basic questions about Law Enforcement and the Constitution. It will show us if you are actually ready to join the FBI or still need additional experience. If that exam is passed, then you become a Field Cadet, and will actually perform duties with official FBI members. In other case, if your application was denied, you will have to wait for the specific time that the Chief of Academy stated in the private message and apply again.

This public release is to announce the latest conviction by the FBI in the District Court. The Bureau has successfully convicted one of the largest drug traffickers in San Andreas, Mr. Abraham Corleone. This is a huge victory against organised crime, specially against the illegal drug trade in San Andreas. The prosecution was conducted after a very long undercover operation in which the Bureau used an asset to collect evidence against members of the Corleone family. This is a very significant and landmark conviction as Mr. Corleone is believed to the the Don also known as the God Father, the highest rank of the Corleone family.

CONVICTION ANNOUNCEMENT

DATE: January 18th, 2016

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has successfully convicted Mr. Waka Flocka on criminal charges in district court. The criminal charges he has been convicted for are as follows:
•   Gambling on an illegal platform.
•   Possession of Marijuana.
•   Death threats towards SAPD officers and FBI Agents.
He is also now on a two weeks probation period during which if he is caught by law enforcement committing any of the criminal acts listed above he will be put on trial again. If reconvicted, a financial penalty of $15,000 will directly apply plus any further charges and demands which will be decided upon in the future case. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is also releasing a mugshot of this man so the members of the public are able to recognise him and we urge people to come forward and contact us if they witness him violating any terms of his probation period.
