It would be assumed people would realize some scripts are designed with a certain complexity for a reason; this is not a vital addition that every player needs to make use of.
Others that do understand how to make use of it can also then make a business out of providing services for other players to create systems for them.

What about creating a vehicle control micro-controller that can open other vehicles of players?  A hack of sorts, be a neat way to allow locked cars to be stolen.

What about making electronic locks and regular locks? Regular locks can be broken into by hand but cannot be hacked, while electronic locks cannot be broken by hand/melee but can be hacked.
Just a way to balance shit up.

Do we have any sneak peaks or anything? How are we going to be able to visit these sites and how will they look ( would love a good GUI )? Will there be Smartphones so that we can use our phone to visit these websites?

It's very easy to understand took me all but five minutes to mess around and make a store that sells the most basic items and what not.
