It's an app for the mobile phone, it's pretty much a group chat. Both Svensson, NBA and I9 got it. So far it's just me and John in the FLA chat though. It's pretty handy to use, I for example use to write there when I need backup or such and the people who are at home and feel like it can come in game quickly.

Liberation of Angel Pine

Today the FLA conducted an operation which saw them successfully liberate Angel Pine from SAPD control, after convoying to the remote town FLA dismounted and secured the perimeter, upon law enforcements arrival the men entered Angel Pine Police Department, denying SAPD access whilst attempting to secure an independence deal with the FBI via the PD's phone, after failing to make any deals the SAPD are reported to have used 'snake cams' to view inside the building, it is assumed that the SAPD saw FLA's heavily armed men in their positions inside of the PD and decided to retreat, leaving the town under FLA control, all but one FLA escaped unharmed and now celebrate their victorious win and control of Angel Pine.
