Yes. Our goal is to create our own country with our own laws and dictator, we will name this country Flint Country, and it includes Flint, fallen tree and whetstone. Angel pine will be its capital city.

As Hubbe pretty much said, we'll make an independent country made up of Flint County, Back'o'Beyond, Fallen tree and Whetstone with the capital being Angel Pine, we'll enforce our own laws and Argonath law enforcement, etc, won't have jurisdiction there, onwards to the dictatorship!

You can't just label the leader with "dictator" term in meanwhile his inhabitants have all the freedom provided from the mother nature as native creatures of earth; to do what they wish. If the government would provide their independence they couldn't reach for it with force. This is why they pursuit the happiness forbidden from a corrupted structure until the roots.
