I remember conversation with Sopranos which ended up in a shootout.

Correct.

But I dug into the logs to find any form of reason to see why you would go and have such shoot out but I found none.  Just these logs of when you and Ivan and whoever else was with you decided to go and "rape sopranos".  As you can see this is the only part of a conversation I could find where Rei is mentioned by either of you even before this Ivan was constantly checking his area for whatever reason he has. 

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt you roleplayed but it was a piss poor effort in which myself and others agree too as-well.  I can't simply let this sort of actions to continue to happen.  You don't have a bad history with the server so I'm not going to be unfair on you, you'll get a couple weeks out from the server but you need to realize that such actions like this from you or anyone will not go unpunished.  You want to have a rivalry with a group and attack them then do it in a way both sides are enjoying.

We don't do this often but after some discussion with Devin, this ban is overturned. Prior to today, we had nothing that prohibits the planning of incidents as long as it resulted in RP before any engagement. Our determination is that, though poor, RP did occur. It should be noted in the future this will NOT be tolerated our new policy is against it as a result.
