its said Retrieving Info - i waited for 2 hours now :(

Possible fixes:

- Try and use: samp.argonathrpg.com
- Try and reinstall SAMP a few times shouldn't take 30 seconds.
- Delete you gta-sa.set inside your documents.

Tell me if any of these work, they may seem irrelevant, but aye, sometimes it can fix.

The image you posted does not work.

Unlikely, but might want to check - firewall settings.
Open up command prompt, try to ping 46.105.234.125. Post results here.

Luke told you the best possible solutions, I prefer the first 2, they should probably fix it, but try all of them.
