Actually, he said "short while", and ARSD has been running for about a month and seventeen days, so I guess no one gets anything!  :hah:

The reasons that I closed the Argonath County Sheriff's Department are the following:

-No professionality (Even with Training noone wanted to work as professional as they can)
-Whole Command/Supervisory/Executive Staff is inactive (I don't want to lead a Department alone - not enough time)
-ARSD is not needed (No Deputy patrolled the County)
-McDonnell (me) don't wants that User laugh at the Deputies
-No Structure etc. (It wasn't possible to do because I don't wanted to decide that all alone - everyone had the chance to say something)

And some other reasons.

Well this sounds like a bad thing but you could be the leading example for new players and help them then  they could possibly join your group. Show them how to be professional, if someone isn't being professional, then you may warn them. With starting a new group, you need to lead it yourself before you get more people.. after a few months of such, then you possibly could have your higher ranked handle some of your duties. This isn't to insult your or anything but if more people dedicated themselves and tried to help new players join groups and show them the ropes then it could be an amazing server, not saying other groups don't do this but we need more RP here. :P

Good Evening,

as I though over the closure of the ARSD I decided something. Mostly I decided it because of other people and myself.

The ARSD will stay open. BUT. We'll make it harder now, we'll train Deputies, especially new players, better than we did before. I'll change most of the things in ARSD.
