Ive got banned previously for working on cheated money which i wasn't aware of, however teddy came with conclusion that a ban for me is needed and as well the removal of 5m or more plus San Fierro casino. When ban expired i entered the game and saw the Sf casino removed but the 5m was there.  I continued the game since teddy told that what is detecting this is an program developed from him and every process happens  automatically 'just like detection of the cheated money'. I didn't have any idea how this works since was the first case in Argonath rs5 that an program of detection is involved.

Today I got banned for 'lying to HQ', I am here to say that I have not lied anyone. It was the HQ who organized this situation, very well resolved and in conclusion for removal of 5m because: from some dollars that the guy who cheated months ago this program of teddy gives results that 5m were made from me. I didn't complain about this, yet i don't have the idea how this program of dedection works! I will not pretend for an unban right now, i just need to realise how did i lie? First of all. Second of all teddy texts me on the skype that everything on my account must be removed. Reading the previous unban request of mine and all posts i don't understand nothing from those situations that appear to occur lately.

You lack responsibility and integrity. You will be unbanned when I find the time to manually correct what was done incorrectly. Whenever my time-table permits me to do so, and considering the circumstances I am not in any rush to do so.

You are banned because you knowingly acted on the fact something was not done. As a result, rather than a mere 5.2m all of your properties, vehicles, and cash will be reset. You will have $5,000 in hand and $5,000 in the bank just as a new player. This is the result of your own ignorance, your own lack of discipline, your own lack of ability to be mature and responsible. The only person you can blame for this is yourself.

Getting on your point of view it may lack of responsibility, ignorance, lack of integrity, lack of discipline etc etc. All those lacks happen once I don't find any proper guide line on how things works, but as you mentioned above the only one to be blamed is me. Because the program you developed to detect the cheated money, according to your datas, leaded me to win 5.3m and those 5.3m were supposed to be removed, program failed to work, but didn't failed to remove San Fierro Casino, which was my property. I had other properties and other things but the target was that and it got removed from me, and in previous unban request you said clearly that you removed everything you decided to.

How it comes that only now you realize that your things didn't work and instead of informing me? After having numerous opportunities not only with you but with all HQ in game and outside game to speak. Only now Devin decides to ban me for 'lying to administration'. In early next day of my unban i did thank you for unbanning me and you didn't mention nothing about money. Lack of responsibility don't belong to me but I will suck it up and deal with it.

The way how this is pulled makes obvious that I've got my self in troubles and you now come with decision to erase everything as punishment. Which i don't find it fair, since I didn't produce any cash with those money, aslo you can ask your "programs". I've made several deals and not all of my assets belong to me. There are event roleplay evidences along with contracts, also you can check the logs of transactions. You can let your "program" determine the cash again this time.

I don't play here for money etc etc so remove everything belongs to me but not what doesn't belong to me.

We realized it didn't work not because of any fault in the program to detect you cheated. We realized the money didn't properly get removed when we noticed your spending spree. Don't tell me for a moment you didn't notice when you bragged about us "forgetting". Don't tell me for a moment you aren't here for money; 99% of what you do is gambling for money repeatedly in a casino. You don't RP. You don't do anything else.

The simple fact is: Once you noticed you had the money that you shouldn't have, you should've contacted us. There is no guideline for this because that's common sense for mature responsible people; which you undoubtedly are not.

I have determined what is yours and what isn't; the properties purchased jointly with other people's funding will be returned to them I assure you. They aren't the ones who messed up so it wouldn't be fair to punish them for your wrongdoings. I should note figuring out that mess will take a bit more time so don't expect to play anytime soon.
