I guess SWAT complained about FLA's RPG use on them today, but to be honest I see no reason why SWAT should have access to such things, they have free weapons and armour, that usually being M4's and 2k armour, criminals do not, I fired 2 RPG's at SWAT earlier, I don't recall seeing any of them die due to the 2k armour, giving them RPG's is just going to make them waaaay more overpowered than they already are, did I mention they had a tank outside waiting to blow us up if we exited? Yeah, we criminals don't have access to those, RPG's were the one thing criminals had that was good, it gave us a very slight bit of protection against a much better equipped force, I no longer see the point in us buying them anymore, since SWAT will then just pull one out and fire it back at us, our only advantage is lost.

Why not just change SWAT's skin to the camouflage army skin and call them Argonath's official government military?

SWAT is called in breaching, right? So, how do you expect SWAT to use their RPG inside interiors? It would technically blow the fuck up of that building, ehich shouldn't be done my a fovernment agency.Or maybe when a high risk situation is on-going outside. Blowing a place up is always a risky desicion. There might be civilians nearby, the explosion might get out of hand and create a huge fire and whatever reason I can find to compare this to RL (to make you realise this is not a well-thought decision) and then be faced with the this isn't RL argument.

Aye! You saw me being shot to death at Conference Center the other day Teddy, for the simple reason that I had RPG's and they are 'illegal' - I wasn't visibly carrying and I wasn't even suspected, I was told it was allowed since I was in possession of RPG's, which are illegal.

SWAT would not only be OP by having these, but they would also be breaching the constitution which they are meant to uphold and enforce, I assume anyway.

Dis-balance? Are you kidding me? It's already overbalanced.

To be honest, I don't think there is a dis-balance, what there probably is, is cops (SWAT more so) moaning because criminals have a 'powerful' weapon, which costs alot and requires work for notoriety, we don't get them free, unlike SWAT with their 2k armour and M4's.

Nobodies asking you to explain yourselves, we are simply displaying disagreement with what appears to be a hugely dis-balancing move, if law enforcement are moaning because they are getting shot at by criminals with RPG's there is an extremely simple solution: Don't go after criminals with RPG's, I for one don't hesitate to use them when I'm out-numbered, but bare in mind all the work it takes to have them in the first place, alot more than just typing /weaponequip.

You seem to think SWAT gets unlimited RPGs; they'll probably have less than you. The amount of weaponry is incredibly limited. Besides, it's only for a few weeks until a better solution is in place. Calm down.

You also forget that even if people get given access to something like RPG's they still have integrity, they don't just turn into a suspect hunting RPG squad, they probably still prefer using proper policing tactics just like before.

Just to clarify what has already been said by Teddy, SWAT indeed has RPG's but it's not like we are going to shoot them at everyone, and like teddy also said, we probably have less RPG's then you (since we don't obtain then via /weaponequip).

Regulations on its usage is in play.. We wont use them unless it's our last resort, also just like teddy said, this is temporary.

Also about the legal/ilegal side of things, it was given permission by SAMP HQ there for no one can go against it.

Now please everyone can calm down and just play the game.
