Gsmart Classic not ringing

Hi there guys,

I cannot get my newly bought Gsmart Classic Android device to ring when being called. For example, when someone rings me, it shows the notificiation and so on, but there is no ringtone. SMS notifications work tho
I went to the sound settings and upon clicking on ringtone settings, it says "No ringtones available". I moved a ringtone from the internet into the phones "Ringtones" folder, but it still doesn't detect it. Help?

Problem fixed:
I never used an Android before, so i am a little dummy when it comes to it.
It appears I chose the wrong default app to open the sound settings.
