Well, when we vista users wanna close VC:MP/SA:MP, we gotta load up the task manager, in turn, if your lazy like me, you hate doing.

Try this, close SA:MP/VC:MP as normal, but as soon as you hit X, Hold the enter button and viola, no flood of Error's :D

Right click the SA:MP client shortcut.
Go to compatibility.
Choose Windows 98.

No flood errors. :)

Thanks to IceBoy for telling me this.

The thing I hate about vista is pausing, I get stuck on the menu sometimes :(

Or just hold enter pressed, it will start racing the pop-ups(much more faster then taskmanager), I have to do this cause if you set VC:MP to 98 it get 640x480 res.

Or you just uninstall Vista and Install Xp instead. And return the money if you paid for the vista. Two reasons.

Vista is the ultimate money sucker, the ultimate version is ranging around 6000kr and upwards. WTF?
Number two. Vista have more bugs than my mom ever sweared in a week.

Also Vista requires atleast 2 gb ram or it fails. In most cases.

I have some reasons not to.
1st It came with my pc

2nd I don't have XP so I would have to buy it.  :money:

3rd Believe it or not, Vista is safer than XP, XP doesn't even has firewall nor account control.

4th, Vista is so pretty :girl:

5th XP sucks too, If I was to trade Vista, I would trade it for Linux

Do you really need the ultimate version?

Only two bugs that I know of - losing resolution settings and start menu getting messed up sometimes after going back from the "lock PC" mode.

Also Vista requires atleast 2 gb ram or it fails. In most cases.
Actually it requires 512 on homebasic and 1GB on the other versions... I have 2GB and it's almost never used up 100%...

I never got the second bug, and i haven't lost my res option in a long time.
I never saw more than 900Mb of ram being used, and I have 2000Mb

Those who say Vista sucks, should install a default XP and stick with it for a week, after than you will have a bunch of trojans and viruses just by using Internet explorer.
I had Vista for 2 weeks without any AV, installed Kaspersky 7, the scan revealed no virus at all.

No comment on that.

If you want the best of vista yes. Still the smaller versions are exspensive.

There are more. Don't know them tough.

PMP. I never ever got a single trojan tru internet explorer. Also depends on were you surf.

Sure if you are stupid enough to run into a warez site then yes you will get trojan. If you surf normal you wont get any virus.

Also they released Vista way to early.

900 mb ram for a OS when running some programs. Or are 900 mb the standard of vista. Jesus! If i understanded you correctly then 900 mb ram is fukt up for a OS.

Also i think this is starting to turn into a very off-topic Vista VS xp, wich i started with my opinion. So therefor i wont talk about it anymore.
