Being real on judging the current situation is also being negative for you? Test it over like we do instead of writing things that we already know, let's not forget what happened to any other gta iv mp project tho, we are still too far to talk about a decent client able to offer a stable gameplay. Good luck to the guy, he is taking a big effort to develop something for this game.

It is understandable if you are hesitant, but spreading that opinion like a wildfire to the public is only going to make him want to give up on the project.

Nepoify, I hope you will find a team. Because, let's be honest, nobody can program a multiplayer mod by themselves. Especially when it comes to a huge game like GTA IV.

Just keep digging for your true purpose in life! That is, of course, what you deeply want and have dreamed of your entire life! Just, don't waste it on becoming a replica of someone... We are really UNIQUE how we are.

As now I'm trying to write multiplayer using HazardX .net script hook. I've got some network basics, and I'm working on basic Player synchronization. I think it will be easier to create. I can implement both client side and server side scripts using one of scripting languages(maybe javascript(?) and CEF for GUI?). What are you think about this concept?

I can implement any language(maybe not any, but probably the most popular ones). I'm thinking about lua, squirrel and javascript. Squirrel and javascript are object-oriented. This is a big plus. In lua you can create kind of oop with tables, but personaly I don't like it. :P

Some updates. I created basic player synchronization(it is not perfect, little laggy and doesn't sync some things but works). I tested it with Harzy and James_Conway. Thank you guys. ;)
