Aight, so 'tis been a boring Sunday right? Buddy fuckin ditched on me n' shit, y-know what I'm sayin? Anywho, I got home kinda bumbed so I decided to smoke a bowl and play some of dat ARgonath.. RPG.. (Hard times) So I was drivin' around in my truck n' shit when some friggin hoser comes up to me 'nd starts bustin caps n' shit. I then freak out because I'm losing my shit now right? I drove over him and ran away with him shooting at me. So then my fuckin' spidey senses start tinglin and I managed to duke the doofus out! Well shit, ain't it be him that outflanks me right? So he starts bustin caps again and I catch fire, and quite annoyed by this point too, so I just run him over and explode his ass. Ya I know bud that I can't do that, but I have a serious problem guys..

I banned you because after you died, you went back and provoked Fox., then hopped on an Araatus group vehicle and started script abusing by going slow on it.  If you aren't in a group, and you try to drive a vehicle of theirs it's script abuse.  I looked at your punishment list which contains two warnings and two temporary bans before I issued this ban as I came to the conclusion you had an issue following rules.

If you're not able to control yourself, then what will you try to achieve this self-control again? It's preferred that we shouldn't be the ones to keep you under control for the most part.

When I came back I tried so hard to abide and not let it get the better of me, but I just end up getting irritated by others and this new way of killing people at random.

Like get this, I try and mind my own business because I know I don't play well with others, I just want to be at peace and casually play. But nowadays people can just pull up to me and do anything to me as long as they use /me. Which is cool I guess because there's no penalty for it, but when it's happening like 5 - 10 times a day it gets pretty annoying right?

I remember when you actually needed a reason to kill someone and weren't allowed to just "role-play" killing random people. Like, why is this the new way that Argonath is played? Role-played deathmatch is still deathmatch in my eyes.

Anywho, this tends to cause me to get irritated with it because when I do report people like that the admins just tell me "They are trying to kill you so it's allowed." And it leaves me to try and hold back or defend myself in my own way.

It's unfortunate that players are indeed on a new low of (poor) roleplay, but as it's said we are working on pushing that back and raising the bar properly.
Back onto your ban however, I'd assume your talk about murder explains how you died, what I can't understand is how that led to you provoking someone, then proceeding to abuse a glitch/script with a group's vehicle. Perhaps explain to me why you did that, and if preferred, tell me the events that went down before it all.

Your reason for your actions are explained however, and that's one of the parts you'll (have to) work on should you be allowed to return. Despite the actions of another ruining your gameplay, you should understand that it has to stay enjoyable for you and others as well.

Well simply it got me annoyed and unfortunately when I get annoyed I lose my 'give a fuck' sense, which in turn makes me more prone to showing my bad side and messing with the people who have annoyed me. Yeah I admit it was overkill and uncalled for, but I was in my moment. :P

And as far events before it all, I had never seen the guy before, I was AFK on the side of the road (Making pizza pockets!  ) And I came back to him busting caps in me saying 'Stop' or something, but when caps be a poppin, Merc ain't a stoppin'. And that's when I ran away and thought I lost him, then he came around the corner to me and finished me. Honestly looked like straight up DM on my screen.

And it is something I'm seriously trying to work on, but we all crack and break at times. :/

By simply letting the low skilled role-player kill me so he can't return to me after my death.

That was because I was simply trying not to die, and my goal was not met, however, if I make my goal to just let them kill me, my goal would be achieved and I will not be bothered.
