There is a difference between watching porn and watching movies, or watching action and watching drama, but at least, you are WATCHING. and there is always a difference between playing a game have high graphics, nice gameplay etc... it doesn't have a freeroam server, just moving you to a random freeroam with a random players you can't even chat public, (you can chat on phone but okay.) and between a game that allows you to go over multiple players, and communicate more easily and get so close to each player you play with. but at least you're PLAYING for example SA:MP nor IV:MP etc...
On my opinion GTA IV still nice and also have 3 episodes, and 3 of them is still awesome. And the girlfriend idea, well, maybe you haven't ever play the game and discover the story of Nikko Belic, the communication with his girlfriend he had, gave the players more experience about his life etc... you may not agree with me or other players too.
Maybe you got your own opinion on that one, I will keep my opinion to my self about this game.

This is an absurd claim. There are aspects in which GTA IV was better, yes. It was far more realistic in terms of gunplay, physics, and driving. And it had a good story. But that is pretty much it. Face it - Liberty City is a small map, that gets dull and boring after a while (not to say V's Los Santos isn't either. It's a big space that is really mostly dull forests and swamps). The story is good, yes, but the missions themselves? Awful. GTA IV missions can be summarised as "Drive there, kill that. Trigger another mission, drive there, kill that. Repeat" with an occasional bigger shootout thrown in. GTA V at least had mission variety and returned to the "It's so stupid and unrealistic that it's fun" type of mission scenarios that were seen in III, VC and SA.

So yea, apart from the story and the physics, GTA IV isn't better at V, at all.

And the reason you don't have GTA V is not because "GTA IV is better". IT's because your computer either can't run it, or you can't afford it. I have GTA V in my Steam, I enjoyed it quite a bit even after beating the storyline. It's simply that I switched computers and my current uni laptop can't run it properly

They say they love mods, except those that negatively affect the multiplayer experience for others...
