VCPD bug.

So, after playing today, I noticed after the many times I've been killed whilst on duty, I spawn back at VCA(Airport) with a civilian skin, civilian color on my name(yellow) and VCPD equipment, along as me having permissions to drive VCPD vehicles. It kinda looks like I'm going undercover, which I assume thats not scripted.

Looks like your session state is somehow bugged.
Reconnect to the server and F2 to reset your state. Let me know if it continues to happen after that.
