RS5.2 board changes

Hello,

While we have yet to officially release RS5.2 we have started slowing moving forward with some board changes. Today you may have noticed SA:MP City Hall is gone and is now become State Capital underneath a new "Business & Government. You might also notice it's no longer a sub of SA:MP itself.

A few new additions also include the introduction of "The Market Place", a revamped buying, selling and newly added trading boards. Do note the Market Place is entirely in RP. Please keep that alive.

There are still some changes to come to our "Business & Government" boards as we move forward with these. In addition once we're done there... SA:MP General & co will get it's facelift.

I don't see the old 'selling/buying' board, please remember simplicity is more.

After messing around with the board for a good 5 minutes, I've noticed it is much more organised and 'simple' to say the least. Good job, Teddy.
