Released on steam today!

The most popular simulator game known as Euro truck simulator 1 and 2 and now today the American Truck Simulator came out on Steam =)

It has a few additional features, but mostly quite similar to Euro Truck Simulator 2 with the exception of USA scenery and vehicles.
MP might be pretty much around the corner, as it is using the same engine though no official annoucement on ETA.
