Well The thing is here...I own a Hotel,and there is players who are renting rooms,but they are players who dont have own house.Those who owns house cant rent a room because they HAVE a house.But i know they want more space to store stuff (guns/outfits)
The Suggestion is :
Allow all players to rent a room , regardless whether they have their own house...

what if you have an unlimited money. will you still be interested ?
try it in single player and you will see that if everything is available you will get bored quickly.

I think thats why House stamp exists.

Not everyone can afford a house stamp which costs 200k. Besides, I have 2 house but still i would like to get some more space to store some extra clothes.
Its cheaper to rent a room for 200$ rather than paying 200k .
