RS5.2 property revaluations, interior restrictions, and changes announcement

Hi,

In order to properly ensure the integrity of our upcoming release we must make changes to the property system and interior limits. These are the official changes. If your property does not continue to meet the criteria, we will attempt to reach you to make the proper changes needed. If we cannot reach you in time we will admin-sell your property and deactivate it; then you can simply reach out to us when you have the time.

Here are the changes:

* All farm properties will be re-valued using the new base price of $400,000, $50,000 per farm field and $25,000 per barn.

* All gas stations considered to the official station of a collection of pumps will be re-valued using the new base price of $450,000 and $10,000 per pump.

* It will no longer be permitted to have unofficial 24/7s.
* It will no longer be permitted to have unofficial clothing stores.
* It will no longer be permitted to have unofficial Cluckin Bells, Burger Shots, or Well Stacked Pizza.
* It will no longer be permitted to have unofficial gyms.

What about the actual house prices?

House valuations should be based on location and size.

$150,000 for medium sized house in Marina | Working class area
$489,000 for large sized house in East Los Santos opposite Pig Pen | Derelict/Ghetto/Poor area

Please change these accordingly.

House prices are already determined by location and size. Our algorithm factors in both of these along with number of floors.
