before i ban you i asked you about the carmods, you said you removed them and reinstalled the game. but when i caught you speeding you told me that you couldn't remove them so you lied to me and now you saying you removed them why should we trust you now ?

note" you been told before by Dino to remove carmods and you didn't, also you were carkilling while no admins are online and you already know the rules.
