QA: Argonath Now

Argonath Now will be going into testing shortly following the release of RS5.2 and since it's standalone nature we will hold a separate team for quality assurance. Please read the requirements below:

* You must not be banned from any Argonath RPG server or services.
* You need to have have an Android device with at least version 4.2.2 or greater OR an iOS device with version iOS 7 or greater.
* Your device (Android) must be in developer mode and set to accept untrusted sources (Google doesn't trust me ;(.)

Android Specific Requirements
* Your phone cannot have custom ROM, or flashed versions.. it must be running the official OTA update for your device.
* As of now, we're only seeking users with non-rooted phones.
* You must be running the latest version of the Google Play Services.

iOS Specific Requirements
* Your phone must be running an official iOS version.
* As of now, we're only seeking users with non-jailbroken phones.

Desktop Specific Requirements
* Coming soon

Android Permissions
* Device ID & call information - Used to read phone's current state (generic)
* Photos/Media/Files - Used for storing data (and stalking all your selfies)
* Camera - Used to read the sync barcode.
* Wi-Fi connection information - Used to check if the phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
* Identity - Analytic collection (Hi, we're Google, just kidding it's used by our ad provider... they're actually Google)
* In-app Purchases - I can't tell you it's a secret.

iOS Permissions
to be determined (I haven't complied yet for iOS so god knows the specifics)


I don't wish to be a dick but for Alpha version, we will only be pushing builds for real phones (and tablets). Sorry iOS users, don't worry for beta I'll have my MacBook setup to be able to build the app for your consumption. Don't worry though, if you are apply now as an iOS user when the time comes we'll check back and see if you are applicable.
