One cop can just drive past when they see arguing between two players but another cop will stop and detain them for disturbing the peace (shouting in public)
There's not a time where I log in and manage to leave the server without getting suspected at least twice. Yeah you get $500 for every criminal you jail and $100 for killing a criminal but that's not enough for the cops to be considered moneyhungry. So either you are rank hunting or theres no suspects online and you are bored so you want to create a scenario where you make the laws and hunt them down with M4's for your own personal benefit.
