I feel the need to post this as i find this ban unjustified, because the attack was done by my order.

Luciano was underattack by 3 groups, who surrounded us with snipers. We were inside a house, protecting ourselves for like an hour and were looking a way to get out.

Bugsy, was our man outside the house who was informing us everything. I was told that Boozman separated from the enemy crowd. He was instructed to take care of him, create a diversion, so that we can get outside to take care of the attackers, which we did.

At that time i tried phoning Boozman, but it happened to be that his phone was off, so our best bet was to take him out either way, as it's in self defense and he was a threat.

Bugsy is a great guy and a player with good potential, it's just the way the whole scenario played out.
If someone is to be punished then it's me, but in both cases, it was a self defense and it was fun for both sides.


Im posting this as i would not have access to his unban and i want you to know the story.

If there was a need for him to actually get banned for doing that, then yes, i will take the responsibility.

As i couldn't reach Boozman on his phone to inform him that he's about to get removed cause he's a threat (hes the one of the guys surrounding Lucianos at my own House/HQ.)

I told Bugsy to take care of him so that we can exit the house. I can't know if he has a camera or a sniper, he was aiming on the house door either way like 4 other people. Previously his fellows entered my house and started provoking and insulting. Noone is naive here, we all know what would have happened if we existed the house just like that while we have snipers on us.

You could have PMed boozman asking him to turn his phone on or even asked in mainchat if you really wanted to.

You told bugsy to take care of a person you knew nothing about as he was holding a camera and I am sure bugsy could have seen that too since he was just standing near him for at least 5 minutes.
He also could have had any form of interaction with boozman before knifing him. He didn't say a word or attempt to roleplay, simply walked up behind the player and knifed him which is why he was punished. How did people enter a locked house and provoke?

Cops were protecting you and your members while you sat in the house, when you all exited the cops then shot at the other players along side your members protecting all of you. You even went back inside a locked house while being shot to avoid death while cops protected the door and your members.

All of this because Bugsy deathmatched boozman who was holding a camera on your orders.

I was letting Celso (a fed) to enter my house, while it was unlocked they took the chance and entered with him. Started provoking, insulting, threatening us and since that moment made it very clear what were their intentions in case we exit.

I told him what to say, maybe he didnt, but either way, Boozman was on a team that threatened me, at my HQ and it was all done in self defense as they didnt want to leave for an hour.

Cops witnessed the snipers and everything that was happening inside the house. I was told by a fed that they are low on numbers and i told him that i will take care of the situation myself.

You may have told him to roleplay, that doesn't resolve anything.

He didn't roleplay and deathmatched. The ban is more than justified based on his numerous punishments for deathmatching and failure to roleplay. History repeats itself.
I don't see how boozman was associated with anyone by standing far away with a camera but sure.

Boozman entered my house too, hence showing that he's with them.

Boozman separated from the rest and that's why he was chosen as a target, to make a diversion. That happened, they opened fire on Bugsy and then we exited.

It was at our HQ, in self-defense (we were surrounded for an hour), cops couldnt help, i created a plan.

Your HQ is on the other side of the street actually. That was your very small house.
You also allowed him to enter the house when he buzzed the door so him entering is on you.

Anyway, this is locked as he can appeal his own ban.
