I am not sure we can meet this anymore.... This time, the fault is not on the development team. The fault lies within the QA team which failed to do it's job repeatedly and has now randomly decided to step up. Due to the bugs which should've been reported months ago by the team, we're having to play catch-up while we tidy up a few last loose ends. I have never been more disappointed in a team I have assembled. I had in faith in this QA team but apparently I was wrong to place my trust in the people I did. There were a few, very few, who did exceptional while most honestly fucked us and by proxy, has now fucked you.

This is sad and quiet anger-triggering, specially when it comes from someone (people in this case) you truly trust..

It's not an excuse, it's the truth. On the test server, most of the scripts have been out for months. Nobody has decided to test them until this week, and thus lots of bugs have been found. The scripters cannot produce perfect bug-less scripts from the off, which is why we needed a dedicated QA team to help find and fix these bugs. Half of them couldn't be arsed, and have now been kicked from the team.

If you've got nothing constructive to say, then don't say anything.
