I have a complaint.
I was driving calm and safe when a police cruiser came in and rammed me. I stopped my vehicle since an accident took place. I was still when the cops pulled me over and asked me to get out of the car. I asked them for a valid reason, but they said it was a regular checkup. I said them that the vehicle was already checked once at the check-post. Then they started to destroy my car and I was forced to leave the car. And then they injured me severely that I was about to die with only 3HP left. I was rescued by a medic. And also, I was severely abused.

For all the damages caused and for the treatment ( admitted 10 days in the hospital ), I demand ARD 2,000 from each of them. The hospital cost itself was ARD 5,000. The vehicles front part and engine was totaly destroyed and hence I need to buy a new car, since replace it would be of no use.

There's a conflict of interest due to both justices having a common clan with a party in this case. Unfortunately, this means that no decision can be made on this case until an impartial party is appointed to the bench, or a higher power such as the President or Prime Minister makes a ruling.

In the meantime, I'd still advise you to notify you to collect receipts for hospital bills, vehicle repairs, etc. to verify your claimed damages, and to notify the defendants that they have a pending case against them in the court.
