RESPECTED JUDGE,

I have a complain.
It is against the officer [HS]Asif. I and my friend XkIllerX was friving calm in my Blista Compact. Am doing Taxi business. Both of us are not wanted. but he rammed us with sabre and made my car engine emit black smoke. and with his sabre he drove his car over my car and his car rolled over and got blown up. And as my car(Blista Compact) was near his sabre it also blown up. So he spoiled my business. SO I WANT a refund of 5000 bcos he rammed my car my car was destroyed and me and my passenger XKillerX had health damage.

Any cases opened against individual officers can be only if the respective officers have been dishonourly discharged as a result of their conduct after investigation was held.

I believe that refers to VCPD officers, and not ARPD ones. Needs to be cleared up by either Supreme or the President himself.

The case mentioned involved ARPD officers as well. Due to judicial precedent, this case is closed pending investigation by the VCPD.
