I participated in the event created by Jonny OSullivan. It was a DD event, and I was in the middle of the action, getting rammed, but I stood still. My vehicle gets despawned for camping, this is where things started to go wrong, I was upset and used /report to call Jonny a "noob" (new player). I got tempbanned for it, which I understand. Now, I try to reconnect and for my surprise I found out that I had been punished for the same offence twice, one harsher than the other. Mr.Seville had banned me. When I tried to make Devin justify the ban through skype, I was called an infant and that I had ruined gameplay of others. I owe Jonny an apology for calling him a new player, was a mistake on my behalf due to situation boiling for me. The way Devin acted is questionable though, I am sorry if you hold some sort of grudge against me or if I have failed your expectations as a player.

The tempban was revoked and replaced with a full ban based on your recent disruptive behaviour and attitude which is evident right here in this topic.

One example was the little chat between you and Delvin over a property on the 8th. Was your only intent to disrupt people over a property that was set?
Who said you "disrupted" game play while you were tempbanned, it was based on the actions at the derby after you were eliminated.

Did the hatred grew, when I found out that you have set a property against the regulations for your friend? I simply reported it to an administratior, sorry for exposing you, wasn't personal, as I had been trying to set the property for many times over the years.

To come back, the tempban was appropriate punishment enough for calling someone a "new player", a decision that an administrator took.

In case you didn't know, I was at the event and saw what was going on. Stop trying to play foolish and say you were banned for your actions while you were tempbanned. Your actions resulted in the punishment being changed from a tempban to a full ban based on your history and once the administrator actually knew what had happened and that you weren't just a random new player but a so called "veteran". This was in agreement between myself, rusty and the tempbanning administrator. This has nothing to do with a single party.

I have no idea what "hatred" you speak of, to me it just seems like you are wishing for this to get closed as it's apparent you don't want to be unbanned. There is hardly anything against regulations you are not able to see regarding the property which was actually set by Rusty, for your information. You were however told by the player that an HQ member had set the property yet you continued to try and talk nonsense to the player that owns it and then waste a staff members time reporting a property that has nothing wrong with it.

The tempban was issued without knowledge that the player misusing report and being a nuisance was an old player which is why the administrator asked to raise the punishment from a tempban to a full ban.

Sorry for the late response, have been busy the last few days.

As Devin quite rightly said, the decision to raise the punishment from a temporary ban to a full ban was a joint decision mainly suggested by myself when I found out you were not just a new player and in fact a veteran especially one that holds a valued and authoritative position in the community.

I'm not sure what your intentions were or what you expect to happen when you called me a noob but it was extremely childish.

I hope in future you think before you act and gather all the relevant facts before you start throwing accusations around about members of HQ as it will simply get you no where. However, apology accepted. It's up to HQ to decide your fate now.

Few months back, regarding the Emre topic, I was so-called "cyber-bullied". Photos from my facebook leaked to a skype conversation where Argonath players made fun of my pictures and another member of this community (Seskom). I was outraged, I had skype convos, even the photos about which the joke was about and witnesses (one of whom was Salmonella, who was part of the mocking aswell, he had the guts to come clean, sent me everything), Devin (HQ) did nothing, after receiving a confession, evidence and logs, simply because of siding with Emre on this (due to friend connections?) and on the opposite threatened to ban me for saying to Emre that I will smack him. I quote what you replied to me in skype: "Do you really want to say you're offended about people laughing about a photo out online publicly? Why give a shit about what they say?" According to that, Jonny shouldn't be offended about me calling him a noob.

If you are doubting in the actions of Devin, why shouldn't I? You can not blame me for being investigative, though I have already accepted and understood that banning me actually was justified, I did not wish to get so extensive, you left me with no choice but to defend myself. What I can blame you for is being paranoid and obsessed with finding some sort of incriminating log whether that means going to staff members for supposed "inside stories" or others that have spoken with me. That's rather sad to see.

You put those images of yourself online, don't make it our problem when someone makes a joke about it.

You also threatened to go to Emres house and assault him because of what Salmonella said which did NOT even line up with the logs you provided me, but I guess you forgot about that as you are the innocent one in every situation online.
