You clearly were out to kill him.
If we were clearly out to kill him we wouldn't have left him after he reached LSPD. He aimed at us AFTER we left him whilst infront of LSPD. I just happened to have a working mouse to look around after leaving him at LSPD.
Don't assume anything, please.
Once he fled you gave chase without any roleplay involved at that point besides "/s stop!"
FYI, we said stop after he attempted to drive away from the situation, then he ran over Richard.
I would like to know how to roleplay a chase when he drove away without giving us a chance to say anything else. And then the chase was so small I don't think we could say anything while just driving for about 100 meters. As I said, we left him after he reached LSPD. After that, he aimed/shot.
Even though he did aim at you, that wasn't a valid reason to kill him.
A group of class A mobs who attempted to rob you but left you alone after you run over one of them and reach LSPD, yet you still decide to aim at them while you are not even out of their sight. Nope, not a reason.
did you intend on participating in the shootout or did you blindly follow Richard?
He aimed at me and my mobsters, I had the complete intention of killing him.
EDIT: (But would probably have taken him away if I had entered earlier and seen him surrender in some form)
