I saw a person got banned for calling someone a "Noob". What if i say, the heads of this server having even worst behavior towards the players. Look at this

Second thing is. I saw several veteran peoples getting banned for Ignoring RP and Poor Rp or bla bla

No one ever take birth learnt from their mother's stomach, They needs some time to learn. If they're veterans but still failing to role play as you say it. So give them some more time to learn or they are doing right and the problem is inside you? You guys banned Lawerence, He is the one who was doing quality of role play, well its my opinion. But you guys banned him. Lmao are you guys serious you are throwing quality player away from your server and then what I see is 0/200. You guys always asked me why didn't I do role play in the server.The answer is I was simply avoiding to get punishment, Your admins never teach us what is right to do if we did wrong, they just all are ready to punish us. Lets say they're having fun punishing us. So the problem is If we do role play we get ban for failing to role play and if we are not doing then Ignoring role play - BANNED. This is the role play server or what?

You guys are saying peoples to not gamble because they're good in gambling and they're f**cking up your server by making peoples leave your server. What is the reason of making such kind of script then? Recently you guys made my cousin broke because of money cheating. Oh f**cking come on, Everyone knows No one gave him cheated moneys since you guys didn't showed up any valid evidence to him or peoples not even you guys showed up the name of the person who gave him cheated money. You guys made a good trap to make him broke because he fucked up whole server by his gambling skills and by his luck. Peoples believe or they doesn't but he is legend of gambling in my eyes, and I don't know why he is still playing in this server.

Grandpa, Richard and Charlie got banned for Ignoring role play. WTF? If they don't know how to role play then who actually f**cking knows it? They're best in role play in my eyes.

Lets say peoples know everything what is happening here in this server but they aren't speaking up, actually they're in fear of getting banned this is why they don't stand for justice. Lets hope you guys stand with me and fight for justice.

I hope they don't remove this topic because I've written some bitter truth here. If you guys have guts then face it and don't remove it for the fuck sake.

On a serious note, I do agree about the part where Management speaks to players or punishes them using some rough words, which mostly causes those players, especially if they're "new" to keep on coming back to this server and target it using various hacks or even attack it and bring it down. Could simply talk to them short and to the point without using such words. 

About roleplay, those who always wish to win and don't allow themselves to lose in a roleplay situation, and refuse or fail to roleplay properly with another player, mostly out of personal agenda, they deserve to be banned for it. New players can be taught to roleplay and see how old players roleplay, they shouldn't be banned on first sight and that's how it probably is.

I dont agree, think you have created or invented something for fun I mean to have fun with people all over the world, people who you dont know and quit possibly will never ever know in real life, you use that thing to spend time together and someone comes and ruins it, wont you mind it and get super angry? yes you will, dozens of human beings' time and effort has made this community what it's now and if you put yourself in shoes of Devin, Teddy, Rusty and see someone is distroying the thing you sacrificed alot of time and effort for it you will do even worse and say worse stuff, Seriously if I was in same position as Devin or teddy is my action for such people would have been Game, community and forum banned without wasting my time saying something, I mean I wouldn't have even bothered saying something, so I dont see anything wrong if a staff member has a valid reason to show his anger, you shouldn't expect to do a Bannable offense and in reply Managers tell you "Dear sir! I beg to tell you that you broke our rules we felt so honored when you were playing in our server etc etc"

Person is in this case a veteran, someone who has been with the server for long and therefore we assume he has knowledge of the common rules and policies. Adding to that the guy was a mayor which is a position you take with knowledge that you will be a representative of the city.

They had enough time to learn themselves, if that's what you're asking. Secondly, staff members do tell you what you have done wrong and often how to avoid it the next time. If you were not roleplaying to avoid a punishment, then why were you on a roleplaying server in the first place?

We only hand out punishments when we have the evidence to back it up. We immediately investigate any case where this isn't the case. As for most people that were gambling; Like you, it was the only thing they were doing upon this server, and it sometimes came with scams, cheats and otherwise aggressive behavior upon losing. None would be banished for doing something if it does not violate any of the core rules that we have.

They were banned because of poor roleplay, this could have multiple reasons including both parties not knowing why they were there, and/or just exchanging insults then shooting each other. We are sharpening this aspect to avoid the endless spiral of death that Argonath is consumed in. You can read their unban requests if you want to know why he was banned.

Then those people may speak up if they are afraid to go against us. We are open to all comments and opinions, but we do not condone insults aimed towards us.

Overall, from reading your post you do not look further than your nose, or just see what you want to. We rarely leave stones unturned, and we always have explanations for actions. Be they objective or subjective.

Listen finch, hayden or idk how can i call you. The change that we are making on the roleplay rule is really showing the result. People did poor roleplay or ignored a roleplay when someone else aproached have been and will be punished. When/if they do a unban request and use word like "Fuck off" or whatever language that might be offensive to someone, shouldn't expect flowers as a reply. If people would wait around 2 3 hours after being banned and calm down they would be more polite on their unban request instead of little rage monsters.

Safe to say the word has no value here as each have their own point of view on what's just.

Why do I report? Do you guys take any action against your admins? No you guys don't. I never saw you guys have taken any actions against your admins in past.

Because we do this within our borders. It doesn't need to be public whenever a staff member gets warned, given people can abuse that information we wouldn't. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean that there is nothing being done against staff members misbehaving.
