Alright, it started from an ocean where Derek_Cortes and [TCL]Taseen were chasing me, i was using my skimmer to evade from from cops, i was too far away from map, location was like -10.-1 or something like that, then i just hopped out from my plane so that i could be able to lose RHL, then suddenly my plane disappeared and within 15 seconds Derek and taseen were there with a Plane, then i just tried to swim underwater to evade cause they cant shoot someone underwater with a plane DB, well after some time they left the scene. and then after 4 mins Adam tped me to LSAP to Cops telling me that am bugged, i just pmed adam that i was not bugged and why did he tped to me cops as i was evading from them, He told me to go jail we will deal it later. after the jailded i pmed him who is responsible for the lost of my notoriety ? then we went to Sea to test it, he was losing his stamina bar, and still i was not losing my stamina bar. he asked me why am not losing hp by under water diving, well i tried underwater dive like 2 weeks ago with Jack_Luciano i was not losing my stamina bar at that time too ...
well then after that he banned me for illegal modification, i dont know its bugged ... am bugged or its fault of my high ping or my Fps ... am using clean GTA not even CLEO mods ... Thats all i have to say.

You did intentionally walk underwater (somehow) to hide from cops, as soon as they left everything went back to normal and you started swimming back to land.

I asked you how could that occur, and teleported you so you can show me, you did it again and dived for a sufficient time (3 minutes?) that should have got you killed.

You claimed that since the release of RS5 you've been breathing under water and never drowned.
I don't know what kind of modifications/bug/error occurred, but i'm sure not everyone is taking the same advantage.

Well , on my screen i was Under water diving

It happend me with me Once back in past too ,when i went to TR to check a Houss with jack Luciano somehow we both were doing It to find sunken ship.

And the Rs5 part was - i asked you who is resposible for the lost of my notoreity and you just replied what?? I have never seen you ingame in rs5 so i thaught you are back from rs4 and dont know anything about notoreity

And one does not simply swim underwater and not die after prolonged periods of time.

Instead of solve this He banned me because he need to go off and told me sort it out in unban session! You will get unbanned soon if it would be bug or something ...
And now Suffering From a Ban just because i tried to clear the thing ....

You were not dying while underwater and that's not a bug on our side but something on your game.

I asked you why weren't you dying and you ask me about your notoriety, i thought you meant that some kind of bug related to notoriety is causing it.

Anyways, your notoriety had nothing to do with it. I ask you why aren't you dying under water and you answer like its very normal and you've been always doing it.

You knew what you were doing, why would you fly a plane while being chased by cops and simply bail out at the middle of the ocean? You dived for at least 3 minutes (?), and as soon as they left everything went back to normal.
I asked you to do it again and you did. There was nothing to clear.

I used skimmer to evade from cops ... I just thaught i will fly away in water and then hop out there from my skimmer to lose my rhl ...

  I tried to swim underwater once is past too and it was same like yestaday!

And i told you everything truelly ...

I dont know where thr problem is !
After restarting my pc it got fixed when i tried it with some of my fellas on paruni !

It totally makes no sense for me too...
I dont even know how to install mods For car or skins ... Robin helped me once to install some
Mods ... Of roads and skins .... But it was lagging alot so i just removed everything ... Like why i would install mods for stamina ... Even i dont know that there are such mods to do so or not ...

And yeah about that Pm part! I asked you why you tped me at LSAP .. You replied that am bugged then i told you No i was not bugged i was underwater then you asked me it happens to you always when you do it , i mean not losing stamina and i said yes because it happend in past too when i was with jack! Then you asked me you show me after the getting jailed and i said sure ..

First of all, i would like to apologies to the argonath RPG administration team for being so stupid and sarcastic and i do know that whatever the reasons i had given eariler were just out of the pages and i would like to give proper attention towards the actual reasons which lead to my ban. Well as it was because of the reason that i did not died eariler because of that underwater "thing".. I should not had abused it, even unintentinally and i should have been fully honest with Adam and that is why i am willing to accept my mistakes/mis-intentions. I fully respect argonath rpg rules and regulations and i can "for the future" ensure that no futher modifications( legal or illeagle ones) shall be used by me(but i do like to notify that i have not installed any mods for gta sa). I hope that HQ will believe in my Confidence and would at least consider unbanning me. Thank you.

Any updates please ? I've been waiting patiently but since no one from HQ gave any reply so i have decided to bumb my Application, i would like to apologies for this action but its been too long since an admin posted into my unban request.
